A brief introduction to the module

The Itiner Contract Review and Authorization Module supports the
quick and efficient creation of final, legally and commercially
compliant contracts from templates created by the company or draft
contractssent by partners.

During the process, the contracts:
  1. are screened and evaluated by the relevantteams,
  2. can undergo several rounds of consultations with the
  3. involvement of internal staff, managers, partners and external all text changes are saved with versioning and timestamps, ensuring fulltraceability,
  4. the approval process can be organized according to a predefined workflow, or even in an ad-hoc manner, flexibly adapted to current needs.

The system supports both serial and parallel reviewing with detailed logging of each event and the deadlines assigned to the tasks. The final text proposal can be digitally countersigned and signed using advanced electronic signature solutions such as Docusign, e-Szignó, SignoWise or Xyzmo.


The signed contracts are automatically transferred to the contract library, where they are digitally stored according to the permission categories, and from then on expiration control and allocation of access rights are taken over by the Itiner Contract Library.
