What does the role of project manager mean to us?
A team member who keeps the project in control – from start to finish. He/She makes sure that we are on track with deadlines and costs, identifies risks in a timely manner and helps us make good decisions.
The goal of this role is to ensure that the work is transparent, collaborative and well-organized for the project participants, so that at the end of the project a solution is created that really works and creates value.
Important: we do not expect in-depth knowledge of a consultant. The task is not to implement or parameterize, because professional colleagues support the work of the project manager in developing detailed professional solutions.
What should we expect from you?
- Monitoring project progress, reporting
- Preparation and registration of project documents
- Tracking deadlines and project resources
- Active participation in project opening and closing events
- Cooperation with the project team (sales, consultants, developers) and providing background support to the team
- Close cooperation with the client’s project manager
- Supporting the daily work of the business manager
We are looking for you if:
- You have a university or college degree, preferably in the field of economics
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- You are really precise and proactive
- You communicate well in English
- DMS, Workflow, ERP experience is an advantage, but not a requirement – If you have a commercial, logistical or financial background, we will specifically build on it – according to our experience, this is a great advantage during professional negotiations.
