EFFICIENT CONTRACT AND INVOICE PROCESSES FOR THE L ARGEST HEAT PRODUCER
A LEAP TO EFFICIENCY WITH ITINER’S SAP-INTEGRATED SOLUTION
At the end of 2016, BERT was seeking a digital solution for contract management, invoice processing, and archiving processes. Due to the extremely tight deadline, we had to quickly compile a comprehensive proposal that addressed all their needs.
The primary focus among all their requirements was invoice approval. The sales director at the client’s end had developer expertise and eagerly participated in the project implementation after the selection.
The client already had an SAP system in place, which needed to be integrated with the new Itiner Digital solution. Thanks to our experience and expertise, the integration of systems was seamless. The solution involved inputting and scanning invoice data into the Itiner system, which was then immediately pre-processed and forwarded to the SAP system. This direct connection ensured transparency and searchability between the two systems. Master data integration was done from SAP.
Several processes, including cash, advance, and credit card invoices, mixed records, zero acknowledgments, and invoices, were automatically and seamlessly distributed between the integrated systems.
In the meantime, several new orders came from the client, which were related to organizational transformations and technical reasons, such as SAP interface modifications. The Itiner Digital No-Code Platform was easily able to track the company’s changes and transformations throughout, providing excellent service to the client even amidst changes.
