Hell Energy Drink (HELL) is a powerhouse in the energy drink market, dominating shelves across Europe and Asia. With headquarters spanning Hungary, the United Kingdom, Russia, Cyprus, and Romania, this titan of refreshment boasts a market leadership position in 10 countries and a global presence in over 50. According to a 2021 report, the company rockets through an astounding 1.5 billion cans annually.
Recognizing the seismic shift in their operations as the company expanded exponentially, the Chief Financial Officer of HELL identified a pressing need for digitalization. Amidst significant financial gains, manual processes stifled progress. The company was expanding, employees were forced to collaborate remotely as it all happened in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic, and the urgent need of digitization was loudly knocking on the door.
Critical issues surfaced:
In the quest for a solution, HELL turned to a few digitization companies. Our main priority was to completely assess and fully understand the client’s business problems in order to offer the perfect solution. As competitors hovered, Itiner Digital stood out by engaging directly with HELL, delving deep into their operational challenges.
Consultations involving professionals on both sides, lawyers and the CFO of the Client paved the way for seamless integration. The Itiner Platform’s intuitive drag-and-drop model simplified the development of intricate workflows, previously daunting tasks now rendered effortlessly achievable.
Through collaborative training sessions at Itiner Academy, HELL’s administrators quickly mastered template parameterization, empowering them to navigate the system independently. This hands-on approach not only expedited the process but also proved cost-effective for our client.
Swift implementation was the name of the game, with the project’s lead time clocking in at under 5 months. A testament to the efficiency of Itiner Digital’s approach, this rapid deployment was made possible by the collaborative efforts of our consultants and HELL’s dedicated team. With the platform, critical information became easily accessible to all stakeholders at various offices of HELL Energy, which lead to agile operation that propeled efficiency to unprecedented heights.
While the company was focusing on its significant expansion legal compliance became more important than ever before. With the activation of the policy module of the Itiner Platform, we are providing a framework to create, review, approve and publish internal policies. HELL’s resounding satisfaction with Itiner Digital’s solution underscores its impact. With eyes set on further expansion across Europe and Asia, HELL is poised for continued growth and success and we are ready to support them on this journey with our digital solutions.
